Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

  • Prospect daily for new leads to promote new business

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

  • A proven record of sales experience and success is required
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed

Compensation
$100,000+ Commission Only

We are a boutique firm within Keller Williams Realty Charleston which focuses on high-end, luxury real estate and development projects, while also servicing all other real estate needs with the same top of the line service to all clients.
