We are looking for a driver! The ideal Agent is someone who aspires to make a lot of money (six figures) by way of hard work, diligence, focus, determination, GRIT, and white-glove customer service. He/she has experience in sales (1+ years) and has a proven track record of closing their clients at a high rate depending on their current industry standards.

Our agents typically earn anywhere from $100,000 to $250,000 annually within their first year in production.


$100,000+ (100% commission!)

  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
  • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
  • Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
