LiveWell Homes is looking for a motivated real estate sales professional who is passionate about making the home selling/buying experience as great as it should be. We believe in making the process fun and exciting while setting the right expectations with our clients. We are looking to bring on a special individual to join our innovative team in Downtown Fullerton, CA. We service the surrounding areas, with team members working many different cities.

With a shifting market, learn how we are working with motivated buyers to achieve their real estate goals. There is always opportunity in the market and it is our job to you out there and get it! We are goal and income focused with a passion to help others.

Our expectation is to consistently provide results company with a high minimum standard. Team members are entrepreneurial in spirit with regards to their job. Creativity and innovation is encouraged to see how we can disrupt the old real estate model. Customer service is just as important as the houses our clients buy and sell. Each team member should come from a position of service and not sales to have us stand out from the rest. 

We have over 2,500 leads at the new team members' disposal. Our leads system, technological platform, and education program will get you off the ground and running. Our resources can put you in a position to provide a level of customer service that agents affiliated with other companies simply cannot match. We are also fully engaged in your professional and personal growth in a way that few others offer. Responsibilities
  • Outbound dial new/existing leads daily.
  • Set appointments to consult with clients regarding their goals and expectations.
  • Convert leads to appointments and into ultimately clients.
  • Educate clients on the home buying process.
  • Learn and present buyers consultation.
  • Write, negotiate and guide clients through the process.
  • Network with new prospects in person and online while staying in touch with your own sphere of influence.
  • Guide 20-30 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • Be a team player and always be willing to grow.
  • Conduct open houses weekly to acquire new clients and place into other homes.
  • Maintain communication throughout the process to provide the "LiveWell Experience."
Qualifications
  • Be personable over the phone as our leads are typically originated online
  • Be able to build rapid rapport within minutes
  • Be willing to break out of your comfort zone
  • Willing to learn inside and outside of the office
  • A customer service or real estate sales background preferred (but not necessary)
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills in email, text and in person
  • Come from a "service" mentality rather the sales
  • Be able to maintain a positive mindset
