Responsibilities
- Client communication and relationship management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and keep them informed about the status of their transactions.
- Prospecting and lead generation: Search for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Property evaluation and pricing: Research comparable properties and use that information to help their clients price their property correctly.
- Negotiation and transaction management: Negotiate with other agents, buyers, and sellers on behalf of their clients, and manage the transaction process from offer to closing.
- Continuing education and market knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate industry and local market trends to provide the best possible service to their clients.
- Compliance and ethical standards: Adhere to legal and ethical standards and regulations, including fair housing laws and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Great communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Compensation
$88,000 - $120,000 yearly
