Position Purpose: Ensuring quality customer service for the group's Buyer Clients from start to finish and beyond. This role is responsible for managing and guiding the team’s buyer clients to help them reach their real estate goals. You will be in charge of the buyer communications, showings, support, and negotiations starting with the very first appointment until closing and beyond. You’ll be able to make a true investment in understanding each buyer’s unique situation (lifestyle and financial), finding and showing properties from the top of the funnel through the bottom. Often tasks will be time-bound and deadline-sensitive, and some projects will require analysis and problem-solving with a positive client-serving attitude.

  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes

  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

  • Manage the Group's Buyer Clients (following all details and processes, including showing homes)
  • Deliver an excellent client experience from the time a buyer reaches out to us about purchasing through closing and beyond
  • Advise the Team’s Buyer Clients through the buying process making strong offers and using expert negotiation skills

  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Tech savvy
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

  • 2+ years as an Austin-area resident
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
