NEW AGENTS: We provide training and support to help you take our leads and open escrows! We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90-days time. OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Alway provide clients with your best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all active clients
• Determined to consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• Hold buyer consultations to find out the needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
• Hold listing consultations to find out the needs and wants of customers, prepare listing documents, and effectively represent the customer throughout the process of selling their home
• Conduct home houses to promote agency listings

• An Active Real Estate License is Required (Or currently enrolled in Real Estate School).
• Past sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivation and drive
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on the goals
