NEW AGENTS: We provide training and support to help you take our leads and open escrows! We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90-days time. We thrive on education and want to ensure our agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

LEAD OPPORTUNITIES: We provide our agents with a massive volume of leads and appointments. Regardless of your experience, we create an environment where agents came quickly grow from "Zero to Hero". Now is the time to jump in and grow your pipeline to hit your personal and professional goals in 2022

NOW IS THE TIME to increase your production for good! Regardless of whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our agents consistently open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we are able to provide! As we finish out the last few weeks of 2021, now is the prime time to build (or rebuild) the foundation of your business.

Responsibilities

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

  • 15-20+ showing opportunities per month
  • Leads from live buyers that come directly to your cell phone
  • The most profitable compensation plan
  • Robust training and coaching opportunities
  • Leadership opportunities and growth plans
  • 1 week-long, intensive onboarding training to make sure you hit the ground running


OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Alway provide clients with your best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Have local knowledge of communities to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all active clients
  • Determined to consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Hold buyer consultations to find out the needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs
  • Hold listing consultations to find out the needs and wants of customers, prepare listing documents, and effectively represent the customer throughout the process of selling their home
  • Conduct home houses to promote agency listings

Qualifications

  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Technology-driven
  • Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on the goals

Compensation
$47,186 - $225,000
