The Regional Sales Leader is the “chief growth officer” of the Group 46:10 Network in a specific region/area. This person is focused heavily on growth, mapping out a path that will expand the impact and influence of the Group 46:10 Network. The Regional Leader is responsible for recruiting talented agents who drive the growth and success of Group 46:10 and to scout the best geographic locations for expansion.
- Oversee the growth and expansion in your market ensuring that each new sales associate is properly trained, profitable, service oriented and a strong cultural fit for the Group 46:10 Network.
- Determine potential expansion locations within your market through research and due diligence and present to ownership prior to expansion.
- Utilize the Group 46:10 Sales Agent Training Program to ensure all sales agents in your market get into productivity and meet Group 46:10 Network expectations within the first 100 days.
- Develop a bench of talent to grow future leaders and reduce the impact of turnover in your market.
- Identify strategic regional/local joint marketing partners; help cultivate these relationships alongside our agent partners.
