We're looking for REGIONAL SALES LEADERS. For 3 years in a row Group 46:10 has been named one of the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends Top 1,000 Real Estate Teams in the United States.


Base salary up to $75,000 + overrides, realistically earn $150,000+ in first 12 months!


The Regional Sales Leader is the “chief growth officer” of the Group 46:10 Network in a specific region/area. This individual lives for growth, charting out a path to extend the impact and influence of the Group 46:10 Network. The Regional Leader is a talent scout, working to locate emerging and potential talent to drive the growth and success of Group 46:10. He or she is also a location scout, continually scouting the best geographic locations for expansion. 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new sales associates and ensure they are properly trained, profitable, service-oriented and a strong cultural fit for the Group 46:10 Network
  • Determine potential expansion locations within your market through research and due diligence and present to ownership prior to expansion
  • Utilize the Group 46:10 Sales Agent Training Program to ensure all sales agents in your market get into productivity and meet Group 46:10 Network expectations within the first 100 days with the team
  • Recruit and develop a bench of talent to increase production, grow future leaders and reduce the impact of turnover in your market
  • Identify and develop strategic regional/local joint marketing partners

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE***
