The Sales Manager (SM) must have a valid real estate license and a valid driver's license. The SM will be responsible for training and coaching agents and staff within the team. SM will be responsible for overseeing all agents and staff to ensure the team is functioning at its highest potential. SM will be responsible for achieving the teams annual goals by keeping the agents and staff accountable through their tasks and overseeing all leads for the team. 

  • Train sales representative from start-to-finish; showings, negotiating, offers, client servicing, MLS system, lockboxes, scripts, shadowing, open houses, home inspections, purchaser visits, listing houses for sale, listing and buyer consults, etc
  • Respond to all leads within 10 minutes and qualify and distribute them accordingly
  • Follow-up with each agent who receives the lead to ensure they are working towards closing them
  • Hold sales associates accountable to their goal
  • Meet team goals
  • Host group coaching sessions weekly to go over every single lead to see where they are at and gauge whether or not they have capacity for more leads
  • Be available for sales representative questions
  • Set up group chat where sales representatives can post questions to ensure speedy responses
  • Set client follow-up expectations and accountabilities
  • Be in the loop of all interactions of sales representative an clients
  • Set standards and determine what happens if agents doesn't meet those standards
  • Handle team listings from start to finish
  • Book appointments with buyers and sellers
