The Carozza Realty Group at Compass is seeking a licensed Real Estate Team Manager to join our growing Real Estate team. You will be part of an experienced, driven and energetic sales team that promotes collaboration and values creating first-class client experiences. This person will be a high impact leader responsible for running the day-to-day Operations of the business and implementing the team’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate is a capable strategic and tactical thinker energized by coaching and developing leaders in an aggressive, fast-paced environment.

In this key role, you will work closely with the CEO to assess external and internal opportunities for the business, design system, tool, and people solutions to capitalize on those opportunities, and manage the deployment of team resources to successfully achieve critical goals. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has an inspirational style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Operations Department of the team with a focus on skill mastery, talent development, goal-oriented achievement, and a solution-focused mandate
  • Make key Operations hires, consult in cross-departmental hires, and take a critical role in safeguarding team culture
  • Manage Day to Day Operations and Transaction management
  • Review, re-design, re-build and implement where necessary all team systems and tools including lead generation, client workflows, internal communication, marketing, events, document retainment, database management, and general office functions
  • Prepare and analyze key metric reports, financial analysis reports, housing market statistics, and industry trends
  • Oversee vendor and strategic partner relationships to secure win-win outcomes
  • Be an active and assertive member of the leadership team in guiding the overall direction, vision, and success of the business

Troubleshoot high-level problems including real estate contract negotiations, technology issues, and internal conflicts

Qualifications

  • MUST Currently hold an active Connecticut real estate license
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Operations
  • Reliable and dependable form of transportation
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Great ability to focus and work independently
  • Concerned about doing things the right way

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/G Suite products


Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000
