We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a motivated, full-time Leads Manager to join our growing team, who will help us cultivate and manage our leads and build client relationships. This is a vital role in our company, as the leads manager will follow up with clients we have spoken to previously in the past to see if they are still open to selling their property. You will also be following up with new prospects and getting more information.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound prospects to find warm leads for our acquisitions team
  • Quickly qualify leads by gauging motivation and collecting contact and property data
  • Effectively start the process of building rapport and trust with prospects
  • Maintaining consistent and complete records of customer information
  • Follow up with leads that didn't convert right away
  • Schedule appointments for our acquisitions team and edify the company with prospects
  • Track lead management activities and notes in our software database

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills, including using Microsoft word and excel, using email, and navigating websites, while being able to talk and type at the same time
  • CRM Management experience
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Extremely organized
  • Have a positive mindset- Understanding that there are challenges and approaching them with determination rather than defeat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to bond and build rapport with potential customers
  • People-oriented- Enjoys interacting with people, customer relations, and talking on the phone.
  • Ability to tolerate callers who are brusk, rude and upset about receiving our advertising
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Experience in a call center or work requiring making or receiving a high volume of calls preferred 
  • Sales experience preferred 

Compensation
$30,000 - $90,000
