The right person will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and will share in its success. This role allows a go-getter to retain the thrill of real estate with a full-time, weekday/daytime schedule and a rewarding income that reflects their ability to achieve results.

I need someone who is highly sociable, loves working with people and is determined, positive and can make things happen! The person I am looking for will be an excellent leader within the organization who can work cooperatively with other leaders and staff to meet overarching company goals. As Sales Manager, the right candidate will add to and mentor our agents, fully committed to our brand standards. I am looking for someone with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

The Sales Manager will lead the team by recruiting, training, consulting, and holding all agents accountable. In addition, they will demonstrate on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of someone who is committed to making the real estate experience awesome for our clients, team, and community.

I am looking for a candidate who demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly improving their own skills and those they manage. This person will lead our training and continuing education and regularly practice scripts and dialogues. The right candidate is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities. Base plus bonus. Since this is a results-driven position, your income will reflect your achievements. Base approximately $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. Tremendous potential for an excellent income directly tied to recruiting and sales revenue. Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Recruit additional, top-quality agents to service the many clients who choose to work with us
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform effectively and successfully
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Plan and direct sales team and new agent training

Qualifications

  • Must have real estate sales experience but you do not have to be currently licensed
  • Three plus years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role preferred
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit a top-quality sales team
  • Direct evidence of ability to impact revenue
  • Database management  
  • Ability to bring out the best in the sales team as well as support other staff in achieving overarching company goals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 base DOE, plus bonuses
