We are looking for Hunters! People with drive, vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit who have dominated sales in any industry and want a place to unleash their potential. Have your compensation tied directly to your performance - not by ticking seniority boxes in a corporate environment. The right candidate should make $80,000 the first year and break $100,000 the next. There is NO CAP to how much you can earn.

Please note we want to work with closers. We are seeking a sales expert who has tons of 1-on-1 experience closing in person, in B2B or B2C. Bring your brag book. We want someone who isn't afraid to prospect while also getting warm leads from our marketing initiatives.

We are a local Real Estate investment firm that is looking to expand our sales team with friendly, self-motivated, talented, and ambitious people. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria. We market heavily in Bexar County, but also purchase in surrounding areas.

Time Commitment: Flexible schedule. Attendance is required for all meetings and appointments.

Travel: Travel using personal vehicles is expected in order to perform the duties of this specific position

Compensation Can earn up to 100,000+ a year ***The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck.

  • Uncapped commission. You are your own boss. Work from home. Set your own hours.
  • Warm leads. We spend a lot of $ on advertising and making the phone ring for you.
  • Work remotely from your home with flexible work hours. But you must always be available to take phone calls from warm leads. Plus meet homeowners, contractors and investors on weekends if necessary.
  • Comprehensive education and training. Your team members have decades of experience in all aspects of real estate to help you come up to speed fast so that you can start making the big $ commissions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage build rapport, and nurture buyers leads in our company's database.
  • Market incoming properties in a timely manner, and manage marketing for all for-sale company inventory.
  • Meet with investors/cash-buyers who are motivated to buy house fast for cash.
  • Be skilled at overcoming objections in order to sell a house for our company.
  • Follow company’s closing sequence.
  • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
  • Be motivated and resourceful to bring in outside business and self generated leads.
  • Network to build up buyer's list and maintain current relationships with investors to create lasting professional relationships and uphold company reputation in real estate investor community.

  • You're creative and resourceful. You have a knack for thinking outside the box, solving problems, and helping people in difficult situations. 
  • You're a closer. Expert in sales.
  • Integrity, drive, and energy is a must. Looking for someone that is constantly self improving.
  • Your primary goal is to build rapport with the investors, overcome objections and get the contract signed to sell our company inventory. 
  • To get you to your goal, you're self-motivated and you understand success comes through hard work and tenacity. You're teachable, a quick learner, ready to follow instructions and be detail orientated. 
  • You're looking for the right opportunity to use your people skills and talents to build a lasting career. You don't make excuses.
  • Must have a positive attitude, pay attention to details and have an insatiable desire to learn. 
  • Must be able to accurately complete tasks with a high standard of execution.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English. Bonus if you have Spanish. 
  • Originate and nurture relationships with homeowners and investors.
  • Diligently manage and follow up with prospects via CRM, text, email and phone.
  • Basic math, financial and excel skills for preparing deal analysis.
  • Must have outstanding sales and/or customer service record. 
  • Must have a reliable car and cell phone.
  • Must be comfortable with modern technology.
  • Participate in weekly meetings
