Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity?

Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching or holding others accountable, rather than personally selling. We have salespeople in our sales organization who need coaching, encouragement and accountability for their goals.

Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
  • High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000
