Responsibilities

  • Work with our real estate agents to help them set production and sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Have weekly one-on-one coaching meetings with the agents to go over their leads and their numbers - goal driving.
  • Work with Broker to devise and implement innovative strategies.
  • Become a mentor to the sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals.
  • Motivate and guide the team towards reaching all sales goals. 
  • Display influence, recruiting skills, tremendous leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proven negotiating skills.
  • Give the broker weekly updates on leads in and appointments set, monthly numbers, closings, etc.
  • Willingness to meet in person on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

  • Actively Licensed in California Real Estate for 5+ years with min 20 transactions closed
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Team leadership ability
  • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$140,000 - $168,000 yearly
