We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and disciplined Sales Manager who will help our Team Agents to take our team to the next level! Your primary role will be to support and help to grow each Team Agent's ("TA") business to the point that the production, profitability, happiness, and well-being of the entire team increase.
This is achieved through oversight, support, and training of TAs. You will interact with them daily to help build skills, increase conversion, and maintain accountability to team and personal goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the entire team and each member are necessary. Effective oral and written communication skills, understanding of budgets, and strong time management skills are also required
This is a full-time position, with overtime as needed. Although a majority of work will take place in the office during normal business hours, weekend and evening responsiveness and TA support will be required.
Who you’ll work with:
You will report to the Director of Operations regarding Sales KPIs, policies, and procedures. You will also interact with the owners, keeping them in the loop on how the Team Agents are doing, and where they may occasionally need additional support or love from the rest of the organization. Lastly, you’ll encourage and support the Team Agents in making sure they are actively collaborating with the Agent and Transaction Services Teams to ensure optimal efficiency.
