  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
  • Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Plan and direct sales team training
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
