We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee, support and train the buyer agents, listing agents and ISA’s within the company. 

You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep accountable to their goals (both team goals and personal goals). 

You will be actively recruiting both experienced agents as well as new agents on an on-going basis. Weekly and monthly reporting on conversion rates, profitability and agent KPI’s will be required. 

In addition to working directly with the agents and sales staff, you will interact with both the CEO and the operations manager to ensure that we’re hitting sales and profitability goals. You will play a critical role in creating and updating policies and procedures as needed. 

Other Details

  • This is a Full-Time position
  • Office hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm M-F
  • Additional office hours are expected if needed

Compensation

Compensation is a base salary plus bonus/commission based upon meeting and exceeding goals

  • Base Salary: Yes
  • Total Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 (no cap on bonus)
  • 401k with matching contributions
  • Potential profit sharing
Responsibilities
  • Establish and promote a successful sales strategy so the team achieves their sales goals and revenues
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Oversee, support and train the buyer agents, listing agents and ISA’s within the company
  • Interact with agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep accountable to their goals
  • Actively recruit both experienced agents as well as new agents on an on-going basis
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on conversion rates, profitability and agent KPI’s will be required.  
  • Interact with both the CEO and the operations manager to ensure that sales and profitability goals are being met    
  • Create and update policies and procedures as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of each individual agent is necessary
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of budgets and strong time management skills
  • Experience as a sales manager/team leader role preferred
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • You do not need a Real Estate license but Real Estate experience or license is preferred. If hired, must be willing to obtain license within 90 days
  • Most importantly, you will have a great sense of humor and will be able to continue building the team culture and a fun working environment

$60,000 - $100,000
