Real Estate Sales Assistant Team Leader

The ideal Director of Career Development/Assistant Team Leader has a strong record of leadership and production in real estate, which shows up in every area of their business, career, and personal life. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with the Team Leader to recruit, develop and retain agents in a thriving real estate office. They will have the ability to learn and systems, models and technology, and to train others to utilize them to reach their own goals, with the objective of changing lives. They will be able to align their personal goals with those of the Operating Principal (OP) and the Team Leader for the office. They will embrace the idea of succeeding through others, building a team, and bottom-up leadership. They will view learning as the foundation of their action plan. They understand the basics of financial reporting (i.e., P&Lā€™s) and how to use these to make sound business decisions. They will have at least 2-3 years of real estate experience and have a strong track record of relationship building. They will have concrete goals and understand how they can contribute to an organization that values the growth of its business and leadership team. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, recruit and retain Real Estate Agents
  • Train and coach new agents as they launch their careers
  • Teach systems, models, and technology to enhance agent success
  • Work with Office Leadership to build Production and growth
  • Leverage your abilities to lead others to high levels of achievement

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Real Estate Transaction experience
  • MA Real Estate License
  • Thorough knowledge of MA Real Estate Contracts
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • CRM Experience
  • Strong computer skills

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly+bonus
