This position is not eligible for remote work. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, but some weekends/evenings are expected.

We are looking for a team leader to help take our team to the next level. You will help us maintain and improve client experience, drive business success, achieve recruiting goals, and ensure that our productivity and profitability numbers are met. Excellent leadership skills and a history of running a team and/or overseeing an organization successfully required. Real estate experience is highly desirable.

Ensure that all team departments are functioning efficiently, oversee execution of team procedures, work with team members to be sure pain points are addressed and strategize with leadership on creative ways to improve client experience and marketing reach.
