The #1 resale team at Douglas Elliman is looking for a Sales Manager. We are looking for someone to oversee, support and train agents on the team while actively recruiting new agents on an on-going basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and gold accountable sales team
- Maintain sales goals
- Oversee, support & train buyers' agents
- Responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep account of their goals
- Actively recruiting agents on an ongoing basis
- Generate consistent office attendance
- Conduct coaching sessions and one-on-ones with buyers' agents
- Track & manage agent production
Qualifications
- Residential real estate experience and knowledge of the NYC market
- Detail and result-oriented and strong follow-through is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong people/client management skills; strong teamwork and team leadership skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to accept change and adapt on the fly
