Responsibilities

  • Full-time, salaried ($65-75K, experience-based, plus bonuses), Sales Manager for top-tier Real Estate Team
  • Oversee, support, and train all agents.
  • Conduct weekly group sales meetings and individual coaching meetings with all agents.
  • Supervise and mentor agents in building skills, increasing conversion rates, and maintaining accountability for goals.
  • Report weekly and monthly to the CEO and the operations manager to ensure team goals are met.
  • Assist in creating and updating company policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute sales funnels, agent incentives, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 am-5 pm in our office in Nashville, Tennessee. Some Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years prior real estate sales management experience or 5 years of successful real estate experience. TN Real Estate, broker license, and/or broker-level experience preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Must be tech savvy and able to learn new digital systems quickly

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 plus bonuses
