Our team is looking for an "Appointment Allocation Manager" who can distribute appointments set by our inside sales team to the best-fit real estate agents to sign the clients.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, love to keep track of statistics and metrics, and apply those statistics to help distribute appointments for the highest conversion of clients signed.

This is a management position, and the ideal candidate will have a high degree of emotional intelligence, and the ability to get along with many personality types, while also standing firm on decisions they make.

Responsibilities

  • Track appointment conversion by real estate agent
  • Track appointment conversion by price point by agent
  • Give the tracking data to the inside sales team & help them assign the best agents for their appointments
  • Get to know the agents and their personalities to help fit them with client personalities on appointments
  • Grow appointment conversions from 38% to 50%
  • Come up with ideas to make processes run more efficiently in appointment conversion
  • Meet agents with low conversion and pair them up with agents with high conversion to help them improve
  • Help retain agents by making the appointment allocation process objective and fair based on merit and performance on past appointments

Qualifications

  • Understanding of spreadsheets

Compensation
$50,000 yearly
