Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coach, lead and train a sales team
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Manage budgets and expenses

  • Guide and motivate the Sales Team to drive revenue growth through a data driven and empathetic approach.
  • Improve metrics on sales and closing ratios and optimize sales cycle management.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and share strategies to establish, lead programs.
  • Create and maintain a high-performance team culture that inspires performance and achievement in alignment with Team’s core values.
  • Oversee and monitor allocation of workload to ensure proper coverage and achievement of team goals.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of an inside telesales organization.
  • Keep Senior Management appraised through verbal and documented reports on sales volume and performance based KPI’s.
  • Creates and maintains a high-performance team culture that inspires performance and achievement in alignment with Team’s core values.
  • Oversees and monitors allocation of workload to ensure proper coverage and achievement of team goals.
  • Connects the team with key resources and clears roadblocks, enabling them to achieve and/or exceed.
  • Ensures accurate and complete management of client opportunities in CRM (FUB).


Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience
  • Strong ability to lead a team
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Compensation
$55,000 - $85,000+
