So Cal Development Group is looking for a talented Real Estate Sales Manager! We require a high-level, hard-working professional who can organize and oversee the Disposition Department of our Company

An excellent Real Estate Disposition Manager must be well-versed in all procedures regarding the sale of properties, and be able to coordinate with a high-level team of professionals from different departments to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills, being capable of sourcing and qualifying a variety of buyers in order to Market and sell the properties in the Company's inventory.

Our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you are going to do and be accountable for your actions.

Responsibilities

  • Source new buyers (through cold calling, networking, meet-ups, and referrals);
  • Qualify new buyers according to their experience and probability of closing;
  • Follow up on existing buyers and maintain the relationship, find out what's working for them and not working, and update their buy boxes in CRM;
  • Market and sell properties we have in inventory for sale (Such as Wholesale, double close) Enter interested leads in BTS;
  • Dispo a minimum of one deal per month and a minimum of $60,000 of active gross revenue per month from Wholesale, double close, or Finder's fee from in-house projects;
  • Daily meetings with the Acquisitions manager to review what new deals they have in the pipeline and update them on any new buy boxes and needs from our buyers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate disposition or a related field;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills;
  • Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Show good organizational and time management skills;

Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
