Growing real estate company actively looking for an experienced Sales Manager to inspire, guide and support our sales associates for continued success.
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales associate engagement.
- Recruit, hire and train sales associates.
- Coach and develop sales associates to ensure adherence to sales processes.
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Generate ideas for sales and motivation initiatives.
- Lead and schedule weekly meetings with sales team and leadership.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership and sales associates on a regular basis.
- Create, train and coach sales associates on prospecting and lead qualification process.
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- Work with marketing department to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Collaborate with IT and marketing on sales technology initiatives, social media presence and search engine optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred but not required.
- Three to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
- Real Estate License or willingness to become licensed.
- Three to Five years of prior management experience.
- Strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience or understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience or understanding of search engine optimization.
- Flexible work schedule.
