Growing real estate company actively looking for an experienced Sales Manager to inspire, guide and support our sales associates for continued success. 


  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales associate engagement. 
  • Recruit, hire and train sales associates.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to ensure adherence to sales processes.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
  • Generate ideas for sales and motivation initiatives.
  • Lead and schedule weekly meetings with sales team and leadership.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership and sales associates on a regular basis.
  • Create, train and coach sales associates on prospecting and lead qualification process.
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
  • Work with marketing department to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing on sales technology initiatives, social media presence and search engine optimization.


  • Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred but not required.
  • Three to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
  • Real Estate License or willingness to become licensed.
  • Three to Five years of prior management experience.
  • Strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience or understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience or understanding of search engine optimization.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
  • Management: 3 years 
  • Real Estate Broker: 2 years
  • Analytics: 3 years
  • Real Estate License
