Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement attainable goals for agents through coaching and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Provide coaching, training and high level leadership to the team

  • Meeting production and recruiting goals
  • Leading agent goal setting and accountability
  • Devising and implementing high-level sales training

Qualifications
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary
  • Have prior experience in sales
  • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
  • Strong ability to lead a team

Our requirements for this role are most (if not all) of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 4 years minimum sales experience
  • 1-year minimum experience managing and running a sales team
  • Experience in real estate sales
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales training
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service

Compensation
$125,000 - $150,000 yearly
