The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. The Sales Manager leads the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all of the agents. In addition, They must demonstrate on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.

The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities
  • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
  • Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
  • Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals
  • Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to meet customer needs, and mitigate any complaints to ensure continued business
  • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department.
