We are looking for a productive and professional real estate agent to be the Sales Manager for our actively growing sales team. Honesty, integrity, and professionalism are the cornerstones of our company. We are wanting to level up the productivity and accountability of our sales team! • Provide 15-25 hours per week in the performance of this role
• Maintain a personal production pipeline of transactions
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team members
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team and hold accountability sessions with team members
• Troubleshoot sales team transactions
• Work with the Director of Education in agent training and experiences, including sales scripts, dialogues, and role-play sessions
• Work with the Managing Broker with lead tracking and ROI
• Plan and implement sales contests and incentives
• Participate with the management team on various team/client events

• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• 20 or more completed transaction sides
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly sociable, motivating, and optimistic
• Effectively hold individuals accountable for achieving their goals
• Ability to lead role-play sessions - practicing scripts and dialogues
• Committed to investing in the success of the team members
• Demonstrates the management, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a highly productive agent
