Salary + Commission
- Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agent Systems
- Train And Educate Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agents Including The Implementation Of A Structured Class And Training Schedule
- Monitor And Mentor Parrot Realty Buyer Sales Agents
- Work Hand And Hand With The Leadership Team Including The Team Leader, Operations Director, And Marketing Director
- Monitoring Lead Flow, Sourcing And Conversion Rates
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Strong ability to lead a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
- Prior sales experience is extremely important
- Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
