We are seeking Agent Success Managers for our Colts Neck and Fair Haven, NJ offices. This person will oversee the agent experience across both offices and provide the best in-class agent support and growth. As an in-house brand ambassador and agent guide, you will assess agent needs and deliver all corporate resources to help them achieve their goals and dreams!

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting the best possible new and experienced agents to become part of our team
  • Creating and delivering the best on-boarding experience possible in conjunction with our corporate programs and resources
  • Developing and implementing a localized training program to deliver the best of our corporate training resources
  • Building and developing the culture as a brand ambassador through team building exercises and events
  • Organizing and managing community involvement and brand awareness
  • Develop, manage and scale a high-producing team of agents
  • Become a key member of the leadership team to monitor agent satisfaction and support agents’ needs
  • Solicit agent feedback and suggestions to improve processes and expand agent support

Qualifications
  • Independent, self-motivated yet also able to work in a team environment successfully
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

  • Local real estate experience is a huge plus
  • Recruiting experience
  • Customer service and relationship management skills and experience
  • Sales and Marketing management experience
  • Project management, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Dedication and focus on the ultimate goals laid out to achieve
  • Must have NJ real estate license or be willing to get it

Compensation
$70,000+ earning potential, base salary plus incentives
