Growing residential real estate firm seeking new leadership talent to lead our sales team!

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who have a desire to be part of a growing team in an ever-changing industry landscape.

This individual would be responsible for leading our current sales team and assisting them in keeping up with technological advancements and new marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting dynamic sales meetings
  • 1-1 coaching and small group coaching to improve their sales team's skills
  • Training newly licensed Sales Associates
  • Seeking out new talent to add to existing sales force through their recruiting efforts
  • Transactional coaching and assistance as needed

Qualifications

  • Well organized, outgoing, and upbeat
  • Real Estate Sales knowledge or experience
  • Technological aptitude necessary
  • Must be licensed in Real Estate currently or in the past
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior Management experience a plus 

Compensation
$80,000+ at plan
