This person gets satisfaction from achieving results through empowering and inspiring others. He or she has a proven track record of success in the real estate or sales industry with the ability to work alongside the leadership team to help others succeed. The Sales Manager is attracted to leadership and wants more.

The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and leading scripts and dialogue practices. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

Compensation: $150,000+ (Total Projected Compensation including base salary and commission)


  • Motivates Sales Team and Track Production
  • Meet weekly with agents to review their key metrics and hold them accountable to completion of actions and guide them to the appropriate solution in the Productivity Solution Funnel
  • Leads daily script practice and lead generation. Lead generates with agents
  • Runs an efficient motivational daily and weekly sales meeting that may include numbers tracking, contests, motivational speaking/videos, and/or sales and systems training
  • Consult with agents to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and be able to hold them accountable to their goals
  • Helps each agent create an individual growth plan
  • Develops a clear path to quickly get agents into productivity and identifies areas of need
  • Support, motivate, and build successful team agents
  • Answer agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, goal planning
  • Works with the Director of Operations and CEO to create and maintain a training system


  • The ideal candidate must have a Real Estate background and embrace Andersen Group Realty’s Values - Relationships, Integrity, Humble, Driven, Professional
  • Someone looking for more balance in their life versus the grind of full-time real estate sales who also is passionate about giving back and helping others to succeed
  • Real Estate, 3 years (preferred), and an Active License
  • Sales Management, 5 years (preferred)
  • This person demonstrates the knowledge, attitudes, and habits of a high-achieving agent committed to daily lead generation. She or he demonstrates a learning-based personality by regularly attending classes, teaching, and providing learning opportunities for the sales team
  • Must have a keen business sense, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. High energy and the ability to work alongside the leadership team are essential in order to succeed in this role
  • Natural problem solver; able to think critically and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate
  • Highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and coachable; positive energy and attitude

$150,000+ (salary plus commission)
