You need to possess a desire and determination to build and grow a high-performing team. Training experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a top producer in sales with excellent desking and closing abilities. Must have good coaching and training abilities, excellent people skills, be a team player, and have a desire to grow quickly in the organization.


  • Manage sales team of many individuals
  • Manage leadership team (Inside Sales Manager and Operations Manager)
  • Create day-to-day efficiencies to grow the business
  • Coach and train sales team
  • Hire and train new sales reps 
  • Bring new and proven sales strategies and implement them to the team
  • Use a CRM and audit activities of the team 
  • Ability to perform the entire job scope of individuals that they are managing so that they can properly train and assist reps through the entire sales process



  • A minimum of 5 years Real Estate Sales experience
  • Previous Sales Management experience
  • Internet/social networking experience very helpful
  • Must live locally 
  • Must have excellent coaching and training skills
  • Proven "Dealmaker" and "Closer"
  • High energy - Positive Leader

Compensation and Benefits

  • $90,000 - $120,000 expected 1st year earnings

$90,000 - $120,000+ at plan
