As a high performing Sales Manager, our expectations are that the ideal candidate help the organization meet the agent acquisition and revenue growth targets.
This person would be responsible for recruiting sales team candidates who mirror our values and mission.
Duties also include scheduling and overseeing all training programs and identifying training needs.This role will be responsible for ensuring that all new sales team members receive, retain and demonstrate proper ongoing training on our internal systems, methods and culture so that they can achieve their sales goals successfully.
