Compensation:  Depending on experience and performance, the target compensation for this position is $100,000 to $175,000+ per year (including Base Salary and Bonuses)

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance

  • Apply vital leadership skills in a team environment
  • Coach, develop and provide accountability to our Sales AgentsHelp our SA's secure new buyer and seller clients and service existing clients
  • Participate in ongoing recruiting to identify and sign the best agent talent to the team
  • Participate in our leadership team to help drive the strategic direction of the business
  • Achieve company performance targets
  • Developing business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong ability to lead a team
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software

  • CA Brokers License or Sales associate along with Sales and management experience in any industry
  • Proven sales leader
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Self-Motivated and independent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to guide transaction solutions over email
