Responsibilities
- Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
- Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales
- Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests
- Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
Qualifications
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Has a real estate license
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
- Great communication and social skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Technology-driven
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Great communication and social skills
- Real Estate License or awaiting test date
- 18 years or older
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career
Compensation
$110,000 yearly
