  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals

  • Currently pursuing a Real Estate License
  • Licensed or completed all TREC related courses and 30-45 days away from sitting for State Exam
