The Granlund Team is looking for a real estate sales agent who is a strong relationship builder. The ideal candidate has high energy, is a persuasive salesperson and asks for and closes sales quickly.

Jon Granlund has thousands of leads he converts consistently and in large numbers. Need appointments? Jon has them ready. He is also a father, husband and dedicated business professional who specializes in new construction and listings. His innovative programs and network of professionals put him in a unique position to serve clients and agents alike. He is highly skilled at relationship building and training! The Granlund Team specializes in Herndon, Sterling, Falls Church, Vienna, Ashburn and other surrounding Northern Virginia areas. Jon has almost a decade of real estate experience in Northern Virginia and is eager to increase business with capable agents assisting. He does millions in sales every year and is eager to find another top producer! After building the team from the ground up, Jon restructured, moved to KW Dulles and is rebuilding with quality individuals.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Quick on your feet and good at problem solving
  • An independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
  • Embraces a team-focused environment
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly
