• LEADS - 20-30 leads monthly in the near-home territory
• TECHNOLOGY - Advanced marketing, AI texting, website, advertising, and technology systems for success
• TRAINING - Proven on-boarding and training programs. 4-week interactive training for beginners or returning agents.
• SUPPORT - Dedicated team leader to help support and grow your business
• REMOTE WORK - work from home, no office fees or floor duty

• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
