As one of the top Real Estate companies in the area, we are looking for a Listing Specialist to join our expanding team. As a candidate, you will understand that this is not a job, but rather a long-term career opportunity with little to no ceiling of achievement or income.

Our team has expanded into other markets allowing extensive career growth opportunities and incentives for our agents. The expansion vision and implementation of such, allows us to gather more referrals in these expansion locations which inevitably, puts more money into the agent's pocket without having to procure the lead.

The ideal candidate will be driven, aggressive, competitive, and focused on building the relationships that will last a lifetime. This individual will experience growth and leadership opportunities!

Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Work with local businesses through networking in our Business 2 Business system

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Colorado Real Estate License
  • Strong applicants will have familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Must Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Be willing to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Weekend and evening work is the norm in this industry

Compensation
$90,000 - $150,000 Commission Based
