Real Estate Listing Sales Agent needed to join our growing agency. The Listing Agent will be responsible for gaining listings through leads, advertising, referrals and repeat business. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Professionalism is a must. As our Listing Agent you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Always be networking to help acquire new business
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale
  • Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Quick on your feet and good at problem solving
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Self-motivated and self sufficient
Compensation
$75,000+ Commission Based
