As a listing specialist, you love the art of the deal and selling the homes you list. You love winning the business when going on the appointment and getting on the phone to set listing appointments. Of course not only will you have the opportunity to work with sellers, but you will also be given the ability to work with buyers or even commercial. There is no limit to what you can accomplish on our team and with our guidance coming from award-winning agents with years of experience in the industry. You love picking up the phone and prospecting for sellers. And when you follow up with them weekly, you love knowing that you are helping someone sell their home.

We want you to grow alongside us, and we have the proven training and systems to help you accomplish your personal and professional goals. With our agent optimization program, we'll show you how to break through your previous income ceilings and achieve more while enjoying your life. You’ll get systems, tools, warm listing referrals, listing management and contract support, and coaching to meet your income goals.


  • Study and internalize scripts to qualify prospects, set appointments and sign agreements
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales metrics to hit team and personal sales goals
  • Work daily from a schedule and time block to achieve consistent success
  • Pick up the phone without hesitation to call leads and follow-up with prospects in an urgent manner
  • Exercise active listening and problem-solving skills to build rapport and uncover client motivation


  • You are a sponge in your acquisition of knowledge. You never feel like you know enough, and you are always searching to be the best person you can be
  • You enjoy having a busy schedule and the opportunity to take charge of many responsibilities and relationships in a dynamic atmosphere
  • You love working in a team environment where you're held accountable and can achieve a high level of success.
  • You have a high level of natural sociability, and you are comfortable meeting new people and working with and through others
  • You are confident in your ability to sell your ideas, negotiate differences, and achieve consensus
  • You approach problems by first determining what is wrong and then initiating a course of action
  • You are noted for your quick responsiveness and urgency
  • You love an all commission environment, where the harder and faster you work, the more money you make
  • Valid Georgia real estate license or willing to get it before the job commences

$80,000 - $300,000 at plan (Full commission Uncapped)
