Responsibilities

As a seller's real estate agent with the Limas Real Estate Group, you will tenaciously prospect, qualify, and follow-up with seller leads. You will schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct seller presentations. You will write and negotiate contracts.

  • In office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM 
  • In field during the afternoons and evenings per client needs 
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle with the use of our CRM 
  • Schedule appointments, e-mail communications, and outbound calling 
  • Attend and participate in daily phone calls and weekly in-person meetings with team 

Qualifications

Required skills, education and experience: 

Advanced communication skills, ability to prioritize workload, anticipate problems, find solutions, and meet deadlines. Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas.

  • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone 
  • Personality to handle massive rejection 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • Team oriented, learning based, and possess grit with the will to succeed
  • Minnesota driver's license
  • Must have a clean and well-maintained car and cell phone
  • Real estate experience not required; must be able to obtain a Minnesota real estate salesperson license

Required experience: Proven track record exceeding expectations and outstanding results.

Compensation
$100,000+ per year commission at-plan
