Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
  • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
  • Building rapport and creating trust with new prospective clients


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
  • Has a real estate license
  • Must be willing to immediately call prospective leads

$75,000 - $100000
