We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. Only those individuals who have a proven history of listing a minimum of 6 listings per year need apply and will be considered.

The chosen candidate is projected to go on 10 to 20 listing appointments per month and must be driven, organized, and confident. Our proven systems, models, and training will facilitate the right candidate's transition toward extreme success in this role. Responsibilities
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price

  • Assist lead listing specialist in all listing and support activity
  • Daily lead generation, lead follow-up, and update lead pipeline
  • Successfully present to sellers and convert listing appointments into listings taken

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of proven listing experience (average 6 listings taken per year)
  • Are learning-based, and have a high receptivity to coaching and mentoring
  • Have high energy, self-starter, and strong work ethic

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 yearly
