  • Follow-up on leads in a timely, professional manner.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer.
  • Develop and deploy our Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience.

  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process.
  • Hold or actively working to acquire a real estate license. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must.
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven by the idea of an unlimited compensation plan.
$100,000 at plan commission
