We are looking for a licensed real estate agent with more than 2 years of experience.

  • Our Listing Partners focus on using their experience and discerning eye to solicit properties that match market demands, set appropriate expectations, and then represent the seller through the process of marketing their properties to our network of buyers, conducting showings, collecting bids, selecting winning offers and closing.

  • Transaction Coordinator to process your offers and manage your transactions from acceptance to close
  • Frequent scripting, role play, and objection handling dialog to help increase the conversion ratio of leads to the appointment, appointment to contract, and contract to close

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements
  • Procure listings, including appointments set by the team, appointments procured from team leads, and appointments set through your sphere of influence
  • Lead generate by phone for 15 hours per week and follow up on leads
  • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments for sale by owners and expired, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
  • Conduct extensive market analysis to price homes, work with sellers to prepare and stage their homes, and coordinate with our Marketing Coordinator who will launch and oversee the Terra Firma Realty Exclusive Marketing Plan
  • Perform listing presentations with and without team leader
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for sellers
  • Consult with clients to ensure an exceptional experience of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to grow your business
  • Participate in daily team huddles, weekly team meetings, and monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with the Sales Manager or Team Lead
  • Participate in and complete assigned training specific to the position
  • Participate in team-related activities and competitions as well as community events sponsored by the company
  • Successfully closed an average of 4-5+ sales per month during a calendar year (don’t worry if you are not currently closing this volume of business, you will after learning and following our process)
  • Perform data entry into relevant databases including CRM program, data spreadsheets, daily success tracker, etc.

Qualifications

  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
  • Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Agent in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with staff
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including outstanding listening skills!
  • Personable with superior customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology and new systems
  • Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Google Suite including G-Mail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and use of G-Drive
  • Must have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts
  • Ability to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple complex activities simultaneously

Compensation
$100,000+ (commission based)
