You will work from home or out of the Bartonville/Lantana, TX office.


Responsibilities
  • Initiate marketing activities, calls, e-mails, online postings and face to face meetings in an effort to prospect for new clients.
  • Actively respond to all leads and follow-up consistently to convert them into listings.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
  • Create documents such as representation agreements, contracts, leases, amendments and more. 
  • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes. 
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and signs up/down. 
  • Participate in Open Houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
  • Review comparable MLS listings regularly to ensure property remains competitive in price, terms, conditions and availability.
  • Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing. 
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License.
  • Active Driver's License.
  • Motivated in both an individual and team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies).
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must.
  • Thrive in a technology-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
Compensation
Salary: $60,000+ at plan commission
