- Research MLS listing for homes that meet Buyer’s specifications.
- Present and discuss strategic master marketing plan.
- Prepare detailed list of property amenities and assess market impact.
- Review agent and company credentials and accomplishments with prospects.
- Receive and review all Offer to Purchase contracts submitted by buyers or buyers’ agents.
- Counsel buyer/seller on offers. Explain merits and weakness of each component of each offer.
- Respond to all listing leads/requests.
- Contact buyers’ agents to review buyer’s qualifications and discuss offer.
- Lead generating client-facing services (Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.).
- Review comparable MLS listings regularly to ensure property remains competitive in price, terms, conditions and availability.
- Holding a real estate license
- Extremely strong phone skills
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
